The ideal candidate will have extensive business process knowledge in Finance / Accounting / Record-to-Report domains and will have experience in ERP and MSTR project implementations or support in a Business Analyst, Functional Lead, Business Systems Analyst, or Techno-Functional Lead type role.
Engage with business stakeholders to elicit business requirements and map to out-of-the-box capabilities in business application software.
Perform gap analysis and identify where customization may be required.
Facilitate business process improvement discussions and capture cross-functional process flows in Visio or flow chart tools.
Work with implementation partner resources to design, configure, test, and release new business applications.
Support business stakeholders during user acceptance testing, end-user training, and go-live of new capabilities.
Maintain a prioritized backlog of future enhancement requests from the business and partner with Technology team resources to ensure new capabilities are developed, tested, and deployed to specification.
