About the Role
Uber Eats is looking for an experienced Manager who can collaborate with the largest enterprise accounts on Uber Eats in Mexico. This role calls for a combination of relationship management, business strategy, operational excellence and problem solving. You should be comfortable in a fast pace and evolving environment, love solving problems, thrive in a startup culture, and above all be passionate about food.
We are moving a mile a minute to make sure that Uber Eats users, partner restaurants, and partner couriers are able to experience the magic of Uber Eats. The Enterprise Lead is a critical role that will own some of the most valuable partnerships for Uber Eats in Mexico - collaborating with them to help them grow their business sustainably whilst delivering the best experience to Uber Eats users, with the goal of making Uber Eats their most loved delivery platform.
What You’ll Do
Develop business relationships with Enterprise Restaurants - groups
Develop business proposals in collaboration with Marketing, Strategy and Finance
Become POC for top managers in Restaurant Groups
Foster and maintain relationships by creating new growth opportunities, delivery business results, do joint business planning
Advocate for Enterprise Restaurants to internal Uber Eats stakeholders
What You’ll Need
A minimum of 8 years working in B2B sales leadership and cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations but we will consider candidates with less experience if they meet our other requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as stakeholder management, sales systems design, and data analysis experience
Experience with Salesforce; ability to develop analysis based on CRM data in a scalable manner
Desire to take initiative; lean in with your team; thrive on change and comfortable with ambiguity
Strong references from former employers and business partners; passion for building relationships
Leadership experience hiring and coaching a sales teams selling into large enterprises, preferably across multiple locations
About the Team
As part of the Uber Eats Team, you’ll work closely with the General Manager and the Sales, Account Management and Operations teams to support processes that scale and innovate Uber Eats sales from the ground up.
