About the Role

The Uber Eats Engagement Manager role is a unique opportunity to help expand one of Uber’snewest services, Uber Eats. This is a critical role to ensure that Uber Eats is the preferred auto-employment option for couriers in Mexico. This operations-driven role calls for a rare combination of
creative problem solving, detail orientation and interpersonal ability to manage key stakeholders.
This role will have direct responsibility for the growth of the Uber Eats business.
What You’ll Do

Commercial partnerships - Develop and reinforce commercial partnerships focused on offering benefits to couriers
Training – Optimize training materials for couriers
CRM – Create and improve communication campaigns aimed at couriers
Event/stunt management - Design and implement engagement events to promote courier love
Courier voice capturing – define ways of understanding what motivates our couriers and develop plans accordingly
Analytics - Analysis of courier related metrics to properly motivate couriers, support on
incentive programs definition and ensure high-quality experiences on the Uber system
Develop and Optimize Processes - Scale new and existing processes to allow the business
to efficiently operate and realize growth; analyze the business to track and improve
metrics and profitability
Product Improvement - Proactively search for new features which could improve a seamless driver, customer, and restaurant experience
Be fast, resourceful, and take initiative. Take ownership of Uber Eats, growth in your city and do everything you can to support and enhance the quality of our services.

What You’ll Need
Data-driven decision making ability and sound business judgment through deep analytical thinking
Marketing graduate or background
2 years of high performing work experience in startup, strategy, operations, analytics, business development, or a variety of other specialty roles with demonstrated ability in quantitative fields.
Creative mindset
Ability to take initiative in a constantly-changing work environment while maintaining
flexibility and a collaborative attitude
A willingness to be "on the ground" working responsively with our driver and restaurant partners
Partnership management or business development experience
Experience creating and optimizing processes
SQL knowledge a plus, but not required
Proficieny in English & Spanish
