Join a Global Recruitment Team in an environment where finding top talent is a top priority.
In this role you will be responsible for the overall daily management of all
open positions for designated area of the organization. This includes the
client relationship, driving the recruitment processes including sourcing
strategies, managing the progress of the jobs searches, the candidate
experience, data management and all the related administrative duties.
The position
involves the full range of business services that span to day to day
recruitment activities to participation in longer range strategic initiatives,
such as organizational change, department staff planning and process
This position
act as liaison between AMEX and candidates
Serve as a positive business
partner sharing market intelligence, effective staffing/hiring techniques and
consultative recruitment support with the Hiring Leaders
Provide high level quality
staffing support to client organization
Create and develop the sourcing
strategy for each search, e.g. employee referrals, identify target companies,
networks, associations, etc. to deliver accordingly
Manage candidate development
Develop an effective and
compelling presentation to sell the job and the company to prospective
candidates; build and manage candidates through the closing and offer stage
Manage the candidate experience
for all “in process candidates” to ensure optimal success
Manage the candidate experience
and ensure all the relevant variables are operational zed

3-5 years of recruitment
experience within a global, high- growth Organization and/or Corporate HR
3-5 years of experience as
recruiter responsible for identifying, sourcing & hiring high volume of
Preferable staffing experience
from contingent or retained agency environment
Experience sourcing candidates
from a low or no fee source such as job boards, associations, employee referral
programs and the internet
Experience in or knowledge of
specific financial services, consumer and business cards industry sector a plus

Strong knowledge of technology
(Boolean search logic, Outlook, web, Excel, Power Point and Word
Working knowledge of complex
ATS (i.e: Taleo)
Successful experience managing
multiple searches, and hiring managers, at different stages at the same time
Ability to interact with people
at all levels of the organization and to develop strong client relationships
Fulfill the time in current role requirements based on band and length of
continuous service
