Client Service Executive

About the area: The focus of client service is to help our customers grow, analyzing and recommending strategies to develop their brands, and as a consequence to develop the Nielsen solutions portfolio. Our mission is to help our clients have the most complete understanding of consumers worldwide. By engaging and working collaboratively with clients and internal teams, Client Service and Sales are able to deliver actionable recommendations to help those we serve win in the marketplace.

Your main responsibilities as Client Service Executive at Nielsen will be:

:Be personally responsible for managing your own portfolio of clients
:Build and develop relationships day:to:day and through onsite visits with clients brilliant networking opportunity with senior engagement
:Lead renewal pitches, contract negotiations, and drive incremental sales opportunities across your portfolio
:Participation in the development of strategic materials and Thought Leadership in multidisciplinary groups.

What are we looking for?

:Bachelor degree in marketing, commercial relations, engineering
:Experience of more than 2 years in Nielsen or as an executive in an agency or consultancy
:Experience in customer service through value analysis, contribute to the teams annual sales target.
:Good domain of Excel
:English Level: Advanced
:Specific requirements (schedule or other)
:Financial Ownership and Accountability
:Strong commercial skills, communication and public presentation
:Strong skills Analytical
