We are looking for a Customer Relationship Management Lead to manage the Driver Lifecycle based in Mexico City, focused on Spanish-speaking Latin America. You will work closely with internal stakeholders by leading projects, processes, campaigns and experiments. At Uber, CRM focuses on owned channels: email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app cards.
What you’ll do

Manage a team of 3-5 marketing managers to build the driver lifecycle
Take a data driven approach to plan, analyze and optimize driver activation, engagement and reactivation automations
Develop analytical frameworks and metrics to measure ongoing business performance, understand key variables, improve campaign effectiveness
Identify actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision making
Use tools such as Excel and Tableau to work efficiently at scale and monitor project management
Develop multi-channel marketing strategies that engage millions of users across the region
Manage complex automated communications within ExactTarget, SendGrid and proprietary internal comms tools
Work closely with our policy, communications, product, and business development teams for strategic campaigns

What you'll need

A minimum of 6 years of CRM experience, with at least 3 years of people management experience, but we will consider candidates with less experience if they meet our other requirements
Familiarity with CRM or some other form or database management
Experience with A/B testing
Strong data interpretation skills.
Balance long and short term priorities to manage the team’s projects, including requests from other stakeholders.
Moving quickly and executing to allow for continual iteration is a core competency of our team

About the Team

As a member of the Regional team, you will help the strategic decision-making process and support operational excellence throughout the region for the ride sharing business. You will work closely with the other CRM Leads and the Head of CRM to build the vision for automated lifecycle marketing at Uber.
