Job Title: Driver and Crane Operator
Purpose of the Job: To drive trucks with platforms carrying loads and operate cranes within tracks and highways.
Position in the Organization: Organization Structure: DIS / InstallationOrganizational Reporting: Direct reporting to PrYMKey Network & Links: Installation Supervisor / Site Coordinator / PrYM / Field Operation ManagerMission & Performance Measurement: Lifting and download equipment maneuvers.Understand and apply Weight – Volume – Distance – High lift procedure tables.Maintain trucks and cranes in optimal condition by reporting mechanical failures and attending maintenance.Ensure safety, quality, EHS, RSA (Railway Safety).Maintain a good attitude and time availability.Manage Binnacle Control (usage and fuel consumption).Main Responsibilities: Perform staff transportation in compliance with EHS (Zero Deviation) and regulatory standards.Ensure railway safety at all times.Deliver and handle equipment and materials securely and on time.Report vehicle issues and perform simple electrical or mechanical repairs.Transfer materials and operate cranes for lifting.Fulfill transit rules and deliver custom materials, tools, and heavy equipment.Complete checklists and documentation.Educational Requirements: Middle School / High School
Mandatory: Transport staff safely during travels.Deliver staff safely and on time.Ensure compliance with EHS procedures.Transport staff diligently.Be autonomous, thorough, curious, quick learner, and experienced in night shifts and site works.Desirable: DC3 Certificate as Crane OperatorExperience in Transport and Railway IndustriesExperience: Minimum 3 years of experience driving heavy machinery.
Capable of understanding lifting procedures and table use.
Desirable: knowledge of EHS on site, Federal Transportation license driver.
