Role Summary:
As a Disputes Analyst the selected person will be responsible for activities related to GE business portfolios. This role will work on Account Receivables Disputes between business and customers of delinquent accounts, to address resolution.

Essential Responsibilities:
Perform analysis of invoices and items in Dispute
Forecast Disputes items, evaluating and escalating issues to appropriate contacts
Participate in presentations of dispute items
Perform analysis of metrics, to extract conclusions and results
Daily interaction with areas, people and customers, including follow-up

Bachelor's degree on Accounting Finance or Business Administration with 3 to 4+ years of
Finance experience
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Advanced Excel skills
Fluent English, Portuguese is a plus
Proven ERP (SAP or Oracle) proficiency

Desired Characteristics:
3 to 4+ years of Finance experience
Receivables and credit management experience
Risk management experience and financial background
Problem-solving ability
Ability to work independently
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
Demonstrated effective organization skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical skills
Organization and time management skills
