Wehave an exciting opportunity for a Sales Director to join HBT BuildingTechnology leading our Greater China Direct Sales Organization. Based inShanghai, you will have full ownership for generating order/revenue in Chinamainland, Hongkong, Taiwan and Macau to achieve business objectives, deliveringthe direct sales plan, and driving sales excellence and incredible teamperformance, coaching, mentoring and retaining the best talent.
Reportingto VPGM of HBT GC, the Sales Director is responsible for leading the sales teamand partnering across functional leadership to lead business, program, andsustained growth performance with our customers. In this role, you will alsosupport key growth & strategic initiatives, including pursuits of keyopportunities. You are expected to implement a management operating system(MOS) with focus on seamless, business development and program execution aswell as customer relationship and communication.
Thesuccessful applicant will be an ambitious Sales Director looking to forge acareer within a global business. At Honeywell we want you to be courageous,think big and be the best you can.

What will you be doing?
Establisheffective and efficient direct sales strategic plans for Greater China toachieve orders, revenue and profitability objectives.
Developmarketplace opportunities, lead sales pursuits, and provide employee leadershipin the achievement of common goals.
Ensurea safe and engaged workforce and customer satisfaction, in collaboration withthe peers, employees and cross-functional teams.
Drivebusiness objective achievement through cross-functional relationship buildingand processes establishing.
Buildand develop a high performing sales team through effective performancemanagement, appropriate measures and incentives, talent identification andupgrade.
Leadand coach a team to define and deliver value for Honeywell and customersthrough effective prioritization of objectives.
Dailyengagement with senior leadership.What we’re looking for?
Ahigh performing Sales Leader, ideally with experience of selling both productsand solution
Strongcommercial acumen with ability to drive large deals
Experiencedin developing, and taking care of end users and distribution
Abilityto understand key business drivers
Abilityto direct, lead and motivate others
Strongcoaching and influencing skills. Abilityto influence at the varying levels across the organization, and ability toinfluence customers while maintaining healthy relationships
Abilityto handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
Experienceof the challenger sales process highly advantageous
ITliterate with knowledge of SFDC systems
Bachelordegree or above, good English is must
Strategicthinking and strong execution bias
Excellentcustomer focus mindset
Excellentteam working skills, communication and presentation skillsAdditional Information
