Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the successful candidate will engineer, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, Information Security and cloud strategy ensuring reliable, cost-effective delivery of information technology and services to meet current needs. The Director will respond with agility to changing requirements and successfully manage a team of IT professionals that include Network Administrators, Database Administrators, Technical Support, and IT Operational Support staff.OFRECEMOSSueldo de hasta $90,000 pesos mensuales brutosEsquema 100% NóminaPrestaciones superiores a las de la leySeguro de Gastos Médicos Mayores y VidaVales de DespensaFondo de Ahorro30 días de aguinaldo12 días de vacaciones desde el primer añoDuties and ResponsabilitiesDuties and Responsibilities- Responsible for development and day-to-day management and security of 24x7 accessible systems to include: Public Cloud and Colocation Data Centers, servers, communications systems, security infrastructure, endpoint and telecom technologies; monitor system configurations to ensure reliability and data integrity.- Provide technical leadership, expertise, and consulting; oversee IT problem management and resolution as well as system implementations.- Develop, implement, and enforce policies and standards relating to the operation and performance of the IT systems and services for hosting, cloud, networking, collaboration, endpoint computing, network security, telecom, and mobility.- Develop and implement a plan for logical and technical IT infrastructure to meet DolEx goals by recommending technologies and services that will increase performance, reliability, cost effectiveness, infrastructure flexibility, or provide a strategic advantage to the organization.- Oversee IT system and network security technologies; institute necessary policies and procedures to maintain a secure IT environment.
