Must possess the ability to rapidly earn trust with both stakeholders and team members, and can work effectively with cross-functional teams.Job Title: Data ModelerPosition Type: Full-time/OnsiteLocation: MexicoESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical data model designsDesign, develop, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support business needsWork closely with data engineers and analysts to ensure data integrity and accuracyImplement best practices for data modeling and database designDefine requirements for data pipeline workflowsDevelop user stories with detailed requirements and acceptance criteria that address end-user needsCursory familiarity with leading data technologies (Snowflake, FiveTran, DBT, Databricks, Tableau) and experience collaboratively working with teams that utilize these technologiesCreate work products as needed including requirements and system documentationWork within an Agile framework to develop and execute against a Product roadmapParticipate in recurring Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Demos, etc.Anticipate, mitigate and chaperone escalationsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 1-3 years demonstrated experience in Data Modeling, Business Consulting, IT Business Analysis, or another related fieldProficiency in SQL and experience with cloud-based data warehouses (e.g.
Snowflake)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication and collaboration abilitiesBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
