Assist and support a team capable of delivering “best in class” service to customers. Evaluate performance and provide coaching and feedback to Customer Service Representatives. Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to manage staff activities in solving common and complex business issues within established policies. Main Activities o Ensure established service level goals are met at each hourly interval o Develop, implement and maintain programs ensuring production and quality standards are met o Motivate, coach and supervise the daily functions of the staff to ensure company goals Requirements: o 1 years of Customer Service Supervisor experience o 2 years of Customer Service Representative o Bilingual 95% o Experience effectively implementing change and demonstrated results in execution Qualifications: o Ability to work well individually as well as in a team environment o Excellent customer service skills o Excellent relationship building and leadership skills o Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills o Proven self-starter with demonstrated ability to make decisions Offer: o 16,000 pesos monthly dolar bonus o Opportunity in one of the best companies in the city o Growth Opportunity
