CSR – Customer Service Representative GDL

Day to day duties of a Customer Service Representative:
As a Customer Service Representative you will interface with our customers taking customer orders so that you can recommend the best solutions for their needs.
A Customer Service Representative will assist customers by educating them on our process, products and services, answering questions and preparing all back office support needed.
Two years of customer service experience, preferred
Professional and courteous phone skills.
Candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Must have ability to multitask.
Proficient Computer Skills: Microsoft Office
Ability to wear a head set, or hold a hand set for up to 8 hours in a shift
Ability to work flexible hours and days according with labor law
