Job DeEscrituraion: Manages the demand and forecast from the customers through EDI or other formats according to customers preference. Order review and secure 100 % about deliveries on time, ASN, Paperwork, System communication according to customer expectations or rules. Well-understanding and Generating the invoices Collaborates with Program Manager, purchasing, production, planners and shipping as needed. Performing the daily report to the customer if needed. Ensure all purchase orders are confirmed and noted in the ERP system in compliance with customer orders line agreements. Ensures the integrity and accurate input of orders, changes, Purchases orders, invoices and maintenance of customer account information. Timely and professionally handles all telephone, emails inquiries related to orders and shipments, and communicates additional information as required Liaison between Scheduling, Shipping, Program Manager, Engineering and Manufacturing facilitate order fulfillment issues and updates Create and run reports such as Sales, shipping, on-time delivery scorecard, and customer satisfaction survey. Communicate with warehouse, production plant, and Program Manager team regarding current inventory on-hand and potential issues with Customer orders Follow-up about ECR's, break points and SOP for new models or projects. Follow-up the correct creation of the new Part Number into SAP. Support activities for Annual physical inventory. Skill: Minimums at least 2 years of experience in a customer service environment manufacturing with heavy emphasis on Program Manager, distribution, manufacturer and end-user. Bachelor's Degree (Optional) Proficient in English-Spanish Experience with ERP systems and SAP Knowledge of the IATF 16949:2016 Strong verbal and written communication skills in formal email and report Proven skills with MS Office programs Organizational & multi-tasking skills
