What are you going to doYou will be working as an Arabic-speaking customer service representative in Lisbon. You will be receiving and handling inquires and provide support in the native language through inbound calls, email or chat. Furthermore, you will be acting as the first point of contact to all Arabic speaking clients. As an Arabic representative you will be responsible for your own data inputting and information management.
