Responsible for ensuring that the company’s customers receive an adequate level of service, interacting directly with them and/or working jointly or through the MME Customer Service Representatives and the Sales Force. Provide information in response to inquiries about products or services, customer orders, and shipment status. Receive and assist in resolving complaints according to company guidelines.
• Confer with customers and/or MME customer service representatives or Sales people by telephone or email to receive or change orders, provide information about products and /or status of orders, obtain details of complaints, or to receive a request for a direct ship.
• Communicate and work closely with Planning and Production departments to receive updated information regarding ship dates and any problems that may affect them.
• Contact customers and/or MME Customer Service Representatives in a timely manner to respond to inquiries, notify them of claim investigation results, or any production adjustments or changes that affect customer orders and/or shipment dates.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
• Communicate and follow up with the Warehouse when products will ship directly to the customer, executing the necessary system transactions, as well as providing details of shipment methods and any special customer requirements.
• Perform the necessary transactions in Mapics so product is invoiced when product is shipped directly to customer.
• Receive and refer customer complaints to designated departments for further investigation.
• Resolve customers' complaints by performing activities such as exchanging products, providing refunds, and adjusting invoices, according to company guidelines.
• Verify that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
• Initiate Change Control Requests dictated by customer requests, when applicable.

Experiencia y requisitos:

• Knowledge in File Maker and Mapics preference.

• Communication Skills.


Horario: de 7 am. a 5pm.
