As a CS representative you'll be responsible for servicing some of our main distributors as well as one of our main national accounts. We're on the lookout for forward-thinking innovators with a passion for sustainability.

What you'll do Provide Customer Service support by phone and e-mail.
Order processing.
Management and follow up with plants and DCs for production, importation and availability of our customers' orders.
Overall Customer Satisfaction.
Your qualificationsBachelor's degree completed. Experience in Customer Service support. Great communicative skills. Passion for serving. Problem solving oriented. Critical thinking. Advanced or Fluent in English (written/verbal). *This is an on-site position.
