Job DescriptionEssential Functions:
Promotes and maintains strong customer relationships
Lead Interface with customers & BCVS plants to define customer quality requirements and monitor performance.
Become Expert at all Bendix products through training.
Maintain Test Utilize pneumatic and electronic test equipment on site at customer location to validate Bendix products.
Preform Containment Activities at OEM Plant for Quality Spills as required.
Lead 3rd Party Containment Activities at OEM Plant for Quality Spills as required
Lead customer Installation Audits of Bendix products at assigned OEM Manufacturing plants.
Assist with problem solving and corrective action updates with Bendix Manufacturing Plants and CoC Product Engineering.
Assist as needed APQP activities for new product introductions at assigned OEM plant locations.
Provide leadership with customer score cards maintenance.
Presents at weekly Quality Review status of customer claims and scorecards
Travel requirements vary based on projects and issue resolution from 10% to over 25%.
Knowledge:
Able to operate test equipment to test products on site.
Strong analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills
Fully familiar with FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, SPC, MSA – AIAG Modules
Working Knowledge of TS16949 & ISO9001
Strong working knowledge/skills reading drawings.
Must have significant knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes
Required Skills
Fluent in Spanish and English
Maintain strong Customer relationships
Able to work remotely at customer location. Maintain Desk/Office

Multi-task oriented, ability to balance multiple assignments
Flexible – can adapt to frequent priority changes & substantial role diversity
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with Bendix Plants as well as with OEM customers
Experience
5+ years of experience in the truck, automotive or aerospace industries in the areas of Quality and Engineering.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Science/Industrial Management. (Will consider other types of Bachelor’s degrees only with significant quality management experience +10 years).
