Postition:
Customer Logistic Leader
Objective:
To guarantee an adequate execution of the processes of Order to cash and Collaboration with the client, in order to find the right place in the supply chain and the correct dispersion for every product. Getting through a correct administration of resources, decision making, re-coarse according to the market demand and use.

Resposibilities
Ensure and monitor the availability of the our products in every point of sale, through collaborative work with customers and the main stakeholders of the company
Contribute to improve our delivery of customer orders through collaborative work with key stakeholders, identifying the root causes and implementing the appropriate action plan
Establish and consolidate collaborative works with clients through customer visits, weekly meetings with the commercial area and demand planning, to improve customer satisfaction and to become the favorite supplier.
Ensure adequate training to generate the necessary level of knowledge, as well as develop the necessary skills in the work team through development plans for each member of the team
Basic qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in similar postion.
Strong organizational skills.
SAP, EXCEL (Advanced)
Exceptional communication and problem solving skills.
Previous experience as manager.
Advanced English
Special Working Conditions:
Availability for a 3 week on boarding process in Mexico City

This position works as a communication canal between our clients and the operation back office in supply chain team, This position must understand business' needs and translate them into Supply Chain strategies.
