We are looking for a Customer Relationship Management Lead to manage the Uber Eats Lifecycle based in Mexico City, focused on Spanish-speaking Latin America. You will work closely with internal stakeholders by leading projects, processes, campaigns and experiments. At Uber, CRM focuses on owned channels: email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app cards.
What You’ll Do

Focus is on brand and campaign support design (70%) and production design (30%)
Project leader who understand business needs and can translate this into creative solutions
Collaborative spirit, who is hands on to deliver concepts and visual executions.
Knows how to work within a Brand framework but also how to push this forward
Develop analytical frameworks and metrics to measure ongoing business performance, understand key variables, improve campaign effectiveness
Identify actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision making
Use tools such as Excel and Tableau to work efficiently at scale and monitor project management

What You’ll Need

Minimum of 4 years of CRM experience but we will consider candidates with less experience if they meet our other requirements
At least 1 year experience in managing large scale CRM campaigns in ecommerce
Proven expertise creating multi-step nurture and cross selling campaigns, lead scoring models and complex buyer journeys across multiple touch points including SMS, email and in app cards
Results-driven with exceptional attention to detail and knowledge around metrics, specifically A/B testing, KPI tracking and ROI analysis
Experience creating creative and technical campaign briefings
SQL knowledge is a plus
