Coordinator is responsible for tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to crew utilization, productivity, and overall crewing efficiency, ensuring quality of the crewing deliverables, being responsible for standardization and documentation of area procedures.
This role ensures continuous improvement initiatives in crew management processes.His or her primary objectives include: Define, monitor, and report KPIs: for crewing operations, develop dashboards and reporting tools for enhanced data-driven decision-making.Analyze trends in crew utilization, delays, and compliance: analyze trends, fatigue and compliance to identify efficiency gaps.Identify inefficiencies and propose process and systems improvements: identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to optimize crew management and costs, ensuring crew performance aligns with company goals and benchmarks, ensuring standardization and documentation of processes.
Responsible of performing audits and ensure crewing deliveries quality.Provide insights into cost-saving opportunities related to crew operations: collaborate with key stakeholders to apply initiatives leading to costs savings.Implement continuous improvement initiatives: lead improvement initiatives for crewing, ensuring that all processes, systems, strategies and communication methodologies align with company goals and adaptability.The candidate: 3 to 5 years of experience.Advanced and fluent English (mandatory).Bachelor's degreeExperiencePerformance analysis, KPI management, or operational analytics (preferably in aviation).Crew productivity analysis and performance metrics.Experience in process & continuous improvement methodologies.Ability to identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements.Technical & Soft Skills:Continuous improvement methodologies.
(Required)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
(Required)Databases and data analytics, AI and ML (Required)Lean Six Sigma Certification.
