TheFinancial Analystwill be located inGuadalajara North Campus.This position is responsible for managing activities related to month-end, forecasting and financial processes for the Information Technology organization in order to ensure accurate financial statements and support of the business.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:
Direct finance business partner to IT leadership team members
Cost Center management ownership for multiple IT VPs
Preparation of budgets, reviews spends proposals and prepares necessary supporting documentation and justification.
Responsible for month-end close activities to ensure Sarbanes Oxley compliance in accordance with Flex standard policy and procedures for financial reporting.
Maintains financial systems and processes utilized by members of the IT organization
Provides senior leadership team with timely reviews of organization’s financial status and required actions to meet financial objectives.
Makes recommendations to management regarding cost saving or profit generating opportunities, risks and profitability improvement strategies.
Prepares presentations including quarterly financial reviews, annual budgets and long term strategic planning initiatives.
Key stakeholder in all of the Corporate FP&A owned systems, policies, and deadlines
Here is some of what you’ll need (required):
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Finance or related field.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field or equivalent experience.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to deliver financial data and recommendations to senior-level leadership.
