This position will be responsible for contributing to the business byidentifying prospects (new companies) for the Corporate Card, SBS program andclosing them.
The role involves identifying eligible prospects to build a database,through telephone calls, email, social networks, etc., performing a detailedanalysis of the company's payment needs through the consultative sales model.
In this role, it is critical to have the ability to establish animmediate connection and develop a relationship with the contact in the call,in order to define the payment solution that best suits the specific needs ofthe company and show examples real how the card will be a solution for her andthe benefits of acquiring it. For this, it is necessary for the executive tohave as much information as possible about the company he is prospecting, whichfrequently implies additional searches on the Internet to ensure that he hasthe necessary data to have a successful call.
It is essential to have an adequate management of your prospectus base,complete acquisition campaigns and have a complete knowledge of the process andeligibility criteria for corporate card applications.
It will be your responsibility to monitor the entire acquisition processand make a good transition with the development executive assigned to theaccount, ensuring an extraordinary customer experience, promoting your loyaltyand ideally obtaining referrals from it.
Sales profile oriented to the fulfillment of results in a consistentmanner, focusing on one of the defined acquisition clusters. The process ofincome of your procedures must be of the highest quality to avoid rejectionsand achieve the best experience for the client in the procedures with the areaof new account operations
Months in their actual position:
For level 25 to 30: 12 months.
For level 30 to 35: 18 months.
For level 40 to 45: 24 months.

• Experience in consultative sales at least two yearsin financial or related products. (Preferably)
• Ability to prospect on the Internet, LinkedIn,Hoovers, etc.
• Highly results oriented.
• Basic knowledge of accounting. Interpretation offinancial statements and main financial reasons.
• Oral and written communications abilities.
• Self-motivated and resilient.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to negotiate, planning and organization.
• Experience in MS Office, computer management andexperience with prospectus database management tools.
• Efficient time management.
