We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to help increase the impact of marketing specifically in the area of social media and creative content. Position Summary / Main PurposeThis position will support revenue generation and sales strategies for the resort. This would include the implementation and execution of marketing strategies that achieve the goals related to the ideal market mix, pricing, brand status, direct sales and brand marketing efforts. The goal is to drive revenue into all customer segments. The position is accountable for the implementation of marketing activities mainly but not limited to the area of social media and the successful execution of promotional programs and actions to increase advocacy of our guests to the resort.Must be based in CaboWhat will I be doing?As Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement the marketing plan and activities for the hotel to increase brand awareness, communicate promotions to all relevant target markets and address hotel business needs. Specifically, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:Manage all aspects of Social Media to ensure content is timely, aligned with property tone and effective Content creation, Developing visual content Scheduling and planning Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy Organic and paid social media campaigns Creative usage Organic content creative Manage social media paid budget Responses to messages and engagement Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platformsManage on-going web site auditing/content procurement from properties & corporate/search engineoptimization for all collection web sitesAssist Sr. Marketing manager and DOSM in marketing related projectsGeneral support of Marketing Directors in all areas: print & electronic advertising,direct marketing, communications, web presence, tracking/reporting, presentation development, asset management, marketing support for regional sales officeBilling/accounting support as neededMarketing research as neededCollateral management/fulfillmentMisc. project management of established marketing programsMaintenance of collection-wide photographic assets, inc. contract procurement and development of internal digital libraryDevelop and implement email marketing strategiesIdentify and take actions to build advocacy of guestsWorking in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-¬facing communications, including print, digital, and video assetsManage and ensure the resort website updates and maintenanceWork with the resorts graphic designer on all print and digital collateral projectsManage the social media accounts of the property Communicate clearly with all hotel departments to ensure they are supported in their revenue goalsAssist the Sr. Marketing Manager to Plan and coordinate photo shoots and video production.Liaise with F& B and Spa departments toco-ordinate all hotel promotions, Social Media & Web contentUpdate Hilton Online NewsroomIdentifies trends and is able to communicate these with all departmentsBuilding RelationshipsEstablish excellent open communication with all operational teams, i.E. GM, DBD, F& B and other department heads throughout the regionDevelop and maintain good working relationships with various levels of Hilton's personnel including corporate and regional marketing and communications teams, corporate brand, eCommerce, loyalty and partnership teamsProactively develop and maintain effective working relationships with all external customers to include key members of the media, community organisations, local and municipality government officials, local industry organisations as well as suppliers and agenciesExcel at being an effective team player to all corporate, regional and hotel level personnel by demonstrating a 'can do' and customer focused attitude, providing peer support, cross-functional and across regionsWhat are we looking for?A Marketing Manager serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
