We are reliable, open to different ideas and cultures and connected with customers, community, regulators and with each other."Role PurposeResponsible involve providing support to the Fixed Income front offices, ensuring trades feed into back office systems accurately and in a timely manner, and performing the front to back intersystem reconciliation of positions and trades.Principal AccountabilitiesImpact on the Business [COMPLETE 3-4 AREAS]Support the securities front offices function for the fixed income trading/repo/sales desks.
Reconciling front to back office systems on a daily basis, investigate & resolve cash and stock record differences
Produce all the relative MIS and regulatory reporting required from Local regulators.
Customers / Stakeholders [COMPLETE 3-4 AREAS]Resolve all unmatched trades with multiple brokers and dealers
Maintain excellent client service levels (internal & external clients)
Leadership & Teamwork [COMPLETE 3-4 AREAS]Interact with clearance and numerous departments to resolve settlement and trade issues
Operational Effectiveness & Control [COMPLETE 3-4 AREAS]Ensure business is correctly recorded in appropriate systems ensuring successful front to back processing.
Establish root cause analysis and streamline the process to effectively manage the day to day process of all products
Ensure compliance with all relevant rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business.
Follow up on trade settlement and escalate any potential issue.
