As our Collection Associate you will be responsible for deploying credit policies so that an acceptable level of risk is maintained, collections are made on time, losses are kept to a minimum and arrears are economically collected.
He / she executes the collection strategy and ensures the dispute management routing are fit for purpose for the local conditions in alignment with global guidelines, ensures that bad debt provisions and write-offs are processed according to the defined rules.
You will bring : 3 years of Proven work experience in CollectionBachelor's Degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting or relatedAdvanced knowledge of ExcelExcellent knowledge of billing proceduresProblem-solving and critical-thinking skillsAbility to work in a team as well as individuallyStrong verbal and written communication skillsCome share your passion and energy to make a positive impact at KONE for our customers and your !
