We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **Client Implementation Officer**
**Role purpose**
The Deal Implementation teams assist Clients with their journey of onboarding on eChannel payment platforms like HSBCnet, Connect, Global liquidity cash management products.
Post the initial lead from the client services or sales team, the Deal Implementation team gathers clients' requirements and assists them with completion of documentation in adherence to the various risk and regulatory requirements.
Post customer documentation, the team liaises with various functions for completion of requirements like KYC, Signature Verification, Limit Approvals, eChannel enablement, Training and Billing.
These are critical due to complexity, aggressive and non-negotiable TAT with impact on revenue generation.
This is primarily a client facing role, which requires Written, Verbal and negotiation skills.
**Main Activities**
- The role holder is expected to meet turnaround time and Internal/ external targets assigned at the process level.
(as per the agreed PLA) during the Implementation process
- Deliver best in class customer service by focusing on meeting customer requirements/ issues efficiently, accurately, and professionally.
- Assist with trainings and refresher preparation and delivery for new joiners and less experienced team members
- Provide improvement ideas to streamline, improve and deliver efficiencies for BAU process
- Act as a Team Leader back up and support growth of relationship with business partners and global stakeholders
- Use of project management techniques to work in collaboration with customers/ internal stakeholders for end to end deal management.
- Takes ownership and initiative to complete necessary research of queries/ issues passed to other agents /departments or support teams for request completion or setup issues.
**Qualification**
- Solid knowledge of GLCM products and GLCM Digital Operations processes
- Experience in Channel Enablement Team
- Excellent Communication skills
- Quick Learner and knowledge transferor
- Good conversational skills
- Flexibility to work in shifts
- Process/Project Management skills
- Strong customer orientations
- PC skills - Word, Excel & Access - Basic computer knowledge
- Knowledge of various Banking/Financial Products and a good understanding on financial regulatory requirements.
