Summary
Processes orders for materials or merchandise from sales staff or direct customer contact. Maintains customer files with sales contracts and other information. Gives price quotations, completes order sheets and checks the price and quantity of each item listed. Distributes order sheets to respective departments. May coordinate with departments regarding order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability and back orders.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing all aspects of the customer’s order from receipt to shipment.
• Quotes, pricing and availability.
• Order processing into Oracle data base.
• Monitoring backlog reports.
• Work closely with the operations department to meet product delivery dates.
• Corresponded with customers via email, fax and EDI.
• Prepare required reports for customers and developed special reports to support customer needs.
• Processe returns and credits when required.
• Manage the collaborative planning process with our accounts.

Experiencia y requisitos:
• High school education – college preferred.
• 2+ years related experience working in an Order or Accounts Management role
• Experience in retail.
• Requires excellent clerical skills along with telephone interface experience.
• Ability to transfer data using a keyboard.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills

Language Level:
• 95% English conversational and written.
