What You'll Do:
- Engage with customers through phone to provide swift, accurate solutions.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude to ensure a top-notch customer experience.
- Accurately log and document customer interactions and resolutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively resolve inquiries.
What We're Looking For:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in call center.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in using computers, Windows, Outlook, and MS Office.
- Advanced English language skills.
