This is an outbound sales position. We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively liaising between potential clients and our Financial Advisors, main responsibility will be to generate own leads, making outbound sales calls and booking meetings with Financial Advisors.

Responsibilities

Manage large amounts of outbound calls daily
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
Identify customers’ needs,creating purpose and ensuring affordability
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in your personal database in a comprehensible way
Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Skills

Previous experience in a customer support role or sales experience
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening - English necessary Spanish advantage
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types and problems which may arise
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
High school degree
