As a part of this team, you will have the unique opportunity to be a part of driving IBM’s ongoing transformation as a company that continuously innovates and leads the market.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesTranslates client ecommerce requirements into technical requirements and recommends a total I/T solution. Documents and analyzes ecommerce requirements from a business perspective; defines current and future operational scenarios (processes, models, use cases, plans and solutions) and works with client and the I/T Architect to ensure proper translation of ecommerce business requirements to I/T solution requirements. Serves as business liaison with the package implementation ecommerce team though lacking deep functional package knowledge.Skills: An expert in ecommerce operations with 3 or more years direct ecommerce operational experience, preferably in a high-volume, retail or B2B ecommerce operation.. Experience in managing day to day management of an ecommerce website and/or mobile apps. Knowledge of content management, copy writing, personalization, catalog management, merchandizing, agile development process, ecommerce/mobile app analytics/kpi's, enterprise ecommerce platform knowledge (ideally Hybris, but any enterprise ecommerce application is OK), iOS and Android app dev/management experience, digital marketing, operational reporting and review templates and meeting cadences, customer experience strategies, omni-channel use cases, Search Engine Optimization, image production and management, vendor relations, inventory management, pricing and promotions management, user experience analytics, latest trends and developments in ecommerce technology and business strategyResponsabilities: Advise DCM, Virtual Store, and SEC and other ecommerce operations with respect to duties, skills, meetings, and other things that need to occur in managing digital properties.
