1.As Business Development Consultant:
Leads a significant portion of an analysis in:Business Unit/Function strategy, Acquisitions / Divestitures and Alliances,Business Development and Corporate Center by using full knowledge and advanced analyticalskills in Strategy Development, Business Development, Strategic Planning andImplementation.
§Applies a broad understanding of principles and theories tied tofinance and M&A to analysis and recommendations on new or improved productopportunities.
§Using an in-depth understanding of strategy, performs researchincluding data gathering, conducting detailed analytics, creating presentationmaterials to support business operations and presenting findings to manager orproject leader.
§With minimal supervision, develops recommendations to solveproblems and issues related to business operations and determines bestpractices and suggests how to improve current practices using general knowledgeand frequent application of principals, theories, concepts, and techniques.
§Partners with BU Leaders, and Functional Leaders on major businessinnitiatives.
§Scans environment for market trends, knowledge developments andapplication, and technology uses to understand how each might relate to Cargillbusinesses.
§Applies relevant M&A knowledge to provide advanced analyticalassessment and process management.
§Develop and monitor profitability, productivity, and growthtargets. Plans and coordinates business reviews, resource allocations,organization structures, and financial analysis.
§May coordinate with internal departments in indentifyingandimplementating business development projects. May work with sales, marketingand potential customers to determine their needs.
§Contributes to the development of information on a continuousbasis to all pertinent parties concerning the fulfillment of project goals andobjectives.
Strategic Planning & Implementation
§Provides comprehensive analysis to support Business Development Leaderin assessing and valuing new business opportunities. Identifies innovativeassessment strategies and frameworks to build business development recommendations.
§Provide fact based analysis, creative thinking and consulting tobusiness units and functions.
§Monitors key performance indicators, analyzes cost-to-serveperformance data, and coordinates cross-functional work teams to increaseeffectiveness of supply chain initiatives.
Identifies andrecommends opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness andcapabilities.
Representation & Execution
§Present findings and implications to business unit leadershipteam.
§May liason on strategy and business development matters withinternal leaders.
§May support relationships with strategy consulting firms and customersin his/her scope of work.
2.As Project Coordinator / Project Manager:
Responsiblefor portfolio and project management activities across projects with medium tohigh cost and risk, including project leadership, project planning, projectexecution, project control, and business results.
§Leads periodic project reviews utilizing a thorough knowledge ofthe project delivery process.
§Supervise that PDP processes and deliverables are followed in thedelivery of the portfolio of projects.
§Identifies, recommends and implements project management bestpractices based on expert knowledge of project management.
§Provides mentorship, coaching and development for team members andfunctional leads as appropriate
§Defines project objectives and scope utilizing expert knowledge ofproject management practices and procedures.
§Develops the Integrated Project Plan for projects with high costand risk.
§Support PMO Lead on the execution of portfolio strategy andobjectives.
§Leads the execution of projects with medium to high cost and risk.
§Utilizes the project management framework to achieve projectobjectives of delivered on time, on budget and business results are realizedfor projects with high cost and risk
§Develop as Coordinator of Product Management Review
§Regularly measures and monitors project progress to identifyvariances from the plan and make needed corrections for medium to high cost andrisk projects.
§Accountable for providing the Project Sponsor and stakeholders witha periodic general status of the project and actively communicating issues andthreats.
§Works with business to ensure product is successfully implementedand benefits and value are captured for medium to high cost and risk projects.
§Ensures successful completion of all project phases and closure ofall aspects of the project.
§Graduated in Business Administration, Engineering majors orEconomics/Finance
§At least 2 years of experience in Project Valuation and ProjectManagement
§Experience of 2 years in Financial Analysis
§At least 2 years Business consulting experience
§Relevant knowledge in Project Management Methodologies
§Proficiency in English
