Requirements:
Responsible for creating new business by identifying qualified prospects and selling CCSI services to them. Maintain relationships with current clients to grow the line of business, build and maintain relationships with new clients. Stay ahead of their competition and work on sharpening and improving their skills by attending Conferences, Expos, classes, seminars, or workshops.
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Proficiency in MS Office software and CRM software
High Competency in English, must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization reporting with sales, Business Development and financial data
Knowledge in market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate client needs
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
3+ years of Sales prospecting experience in B2B sectors, Financial and Telecommunications is Appreciated
Key Activities:
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Contacting potential customers via emails and cold calls
Presenting CCSI to potential clients, Tours of the different centers.
Identifying customers’ needs and recommending relevant products or services
Customizing offered solutions to enhance client satisfaction
Establishing long-term trustful relations with customers
Exploring new marketing opportunities among the target audience
Arranging calls or meetings between account executives and prospective clients
Nurture leads who have shown interest in the bussiness model
Crafting new profiles in ZOHO CRM
