The Business Controller Analyst will be responsible for providing proactive financial support with information, forecasts, and analysis of Sales data. Will facilitate challenging financial targets, and conduct a continuous analysis and follow up of performance factors. Will generate key performance indicators (KPIs) as required generating the necessary reporting
Responsibilities
•Consolidation and on time reporting of the Sales and Marketing actual, forecast and target results.•Follow up, analysis and clear explanations and comments regarding SA actual results, forecasts and targets.•Ensuring global compliance with accounting standards and guidelines across the frontline operations.•Be proactive in operational and profitability improvement opportunities within the Sales Area.•Monitor capital employed efficiency programs within the Sales Area.•Support for Anti-Corruption Issues.•Ensuring internal control across the frontline operations.•Follow up, analysis and clear explanations and comments regarding the NWC targets•Follow up and analysis for Cash Flow•Preparation of monthly/quarterly statutory Trial balance sheet reviews and profit and loss analytical review, •Supervision of ongoing statutory/tax reviews and dealing with internal & external auditors•Cash flow forecasting and optimization•Cooperation with international banks•Cooperation with third party external providers for all matters requiring external consultancy and support (e.g. actuaries, tax advisors)•Playing a key role in closing books on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis•Active involvement in local process improvement projects and new system implementations/rollouts as well as merger/acquisition activity•Active cooperation with specialist teams covering each section of the accounts; Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Deferrals teams, Treasury etc
Your Profile:
•Accounting Finance Degree, coupled with further qualifications related.•Minimum of 3 years in accounting and management experience.•Financial analysis skills.•Fluent English competence, both written and spoken.•Influencer/persuasive ability.•High level of professionalism honesty•Excel and Finance ERP Systems•Strong initiative and independence•Inquisitive nature and desire and determination to automate and continuously innovate
Position will be located inGuadalajara, Jalisco , Mexico.
