Brand Senior Coordinator- Grains
To support the development and business of Quaker Nutrition Density platform for Latin America, specifically the Super Grain portfolio. This leader will be responsible for the delivery of brand plans in all countries for the Premium Platform, and for the business results of the platform as a whole. She/ he will work with the different Quaker local teams, the Global Nutrition Group and with partner agencies to create consumer and digital first programs that drive market share and net revenue growth, as well as delivering a continuous improvement of operating margins.
Supporting the creation of a vision for the platform and designing its architecture, specifically for the Super Snack portfolio
Support the designing the business development strategy for the platform across key markets
Support the development of the 3 year innovation plan for the delivery of the platform business goals
Collaborates with LT Innovation/ Nutrition Authority Director to ensure consistency of overall plan and priorities by function/ market
Collaborates with each OU to land the platform plans in a way that build Quaker in each geography
Supports the delivery of business goals for his/ her platform on each key metric – NR Growth, profit margins, Market Share
Work with creative agencies to develop outstanding communication material with emphasis on digital that breaks through the market clutter, and also builds the brand equity over time.
Work with design teams for develop and implement a consistent design strategy for the platform
Works with R&D to come up with the perfect product experience and nutritional values to deliver to the platform benefits. Reach beyond grains and into C&C, bars, dairy.
Works with the Nutrition Science team to implement the correct nutrition guidelines for the platform
Collaborates with internal and external digital experts to deliver a mobile first consumer experience for the platform
Supports the short term innovation stage gate process for the innovation of his / her platform.
4+ years of experience in Brand Management
Deep understanding of brand strategy development, brand positioning innovation development and consumer insights. Particular emphasis on brands with a purpose is required
Nutrition experience and expertise, and a genuine interest in the health and wellness space.
Experience with premium segments a plus
Experience in Innovation processes (Stage Gate) and implementation
Capable of leading, sequencing and communicate innovation initiatives throughout the Sector
Proven record of manager quality, working in complex matrix organizations in which both authority and influence are needed to achieve business goals
Previous regional (LATAM) experience desired
Proven track record of delivering business results
Intimacy with digital space, with track record of developing innovative programs in mobile.
