Bilingual Customer Service - Onsite

Give Me the Basics!

• Location: On-site in Hermosillo, Sonora
• Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week with 9.5-hour shifts and 2 days off
• Operating Hours: 5:00 AM - 11:00 PM (Sonora Time)
• Pay: Up to $20,000 MXN monthly
• Base Salary: $16,000 MXN
• Performance Bonus: Up to $4,000 MXN
• Training: Paid training, Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:36 PM

Requirements:

• Middle School
• Fluent English and Spanish
• Typing speed of 30 WPM or higher
• Comfortable using multiple systems while assisting customers
• Customer service or call center experience preferred

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll support customers with:

• Missing orders
• Returns and exchanges
• Refund requests
• Website access issues
• General account and service inquiries

You'll use your communication and problem-solving skills to deliver a positive customer experience and help resolve issues efficiently.
