Now Hiring: Bilingual Compliance Manager
The Quality Assurance Manager will plan, direct and coordinate quality assurance programs and formulate quality control policies & procedures. Guiding a team of analysts, you will ensure that the service each department provides is appropriate and consistent, effectively meets customer expectations, and adheres to internal legal and compliance guidelines.
Establish quality policies, procedures, specifications, and controls in liaison with department heads.
Monitor and advise on the performance of the quality management system; produce data and report on performance, measuring against set standards.
Create and maintain controls and documentation procedures.
Collect, compile, and communicate statistical quality data.
Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.
Audit, test, and inspect data and procedures for efficiency and compliance; recommend and implement necessary changes.
Provide leadership, coaching, and training to the analyst team to maximize department potential.
