Recently established in Mexico, the Novartis Global Service Centre delivers a broad variety of services including scientific and commercial services (known as Product Lifecycle Services), Financial Reporting and Accounting Operations, IT, HR Operations and Procurement to the Novartis divisions and organizations worldwide.

We’re growing rapidly and are looking for passionate, experienced high-calibre candidates to join our international team.


To achieve and overpass sales objectives coverage and maximize market share growth on private market (HMO's, Insurers, and Private Hospitals ), looking forward new market opportunities developing innovative plans to create long terms relation-ships with the accounts adding competitive advantage at the market.
Become a strategic partner in the organization working with cross functional teams in order to become essential structure of private market, representing at least 20% of the private sales per year.
Identifies key stakeholders in market and establishes relationships with key influenc-ers and decision makers to facilitate market access for new products and to main-tain/optimize market access for existing products in coordination with all involved de-partments across the organization.
Has a deep understanding of the health private institutions (Vitamedica, Axa Assis-tance, Mediaccess, GNP, Metlife, Axa Seguros) and accounts in charge and an ex-pertise especially in the area of market access to contribute with the organization goals in the different key therapeutic areas.

Minimum requirements

1st degree in business related subject, or equivalent English Minimum of 4 years’ experience in sales en-vironment.
-A detailed understanding of the commercial principles underpinning the pharmaceutical market.
Solid experience at least one sector manag-ing insurances and private institutions
Experience working in multifunctional teams and generating influences in the sales teams.
Experience and an understanding of cus-tomers and the decision making process.
