With operations in more than 40 countries, our employees and cast members work together to create entertainment experiences that are both universally and locally cherished.How you will contribute to our magical experience?: The Assistant, Corp Comms & Publicity will address the communication needs within the Corp Comms team, with a primary focus on Internal Comms.The Assistant, Corp Comms & Publicity will be responsible for: Development and implementation of internal communication strategies and actions.Development and implementation of strategies and actions to promote the company's internal culture.Collaboration with the regional Corp Comms / Internal Comms team.Synergy with other communication areas, Marketing, Human Resources, Facilities, CSR, and other company areas to enhance results.Support in Corp Comms actions focused on external communication, DE&I (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility).What we need from you to be part of this story:Skills / key Competences: Good writing and spelling, communication skills.Technical / specific expertise: Office suite, design and editing programs (Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator).Advanced level of English.Additional Information: At Disney, we believe it takes great people to create the memorable experiences, products and services our consumers know and love.
