JOB DESCRIPTIONInsight Global is looking for an Asset Management Coordinator to join a Fortune 100 client remotely in Mexico.
The Asset Management Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating equipment inventory, orders, and shipments for various network refresh/implementation projects.
This individual will manage vendor lead time communication, forecast equipment demand, and track information for inbound equipment shipments.
This resource will align equipment installation schedules with project deliverables to manage inventory levels throughout the life of the project to ensure accuracy.
The Asset Management Coordinator will utilize Clario and Excel as logistics tools for tracking and organization.
The ideal candidate will have a few years of experience working in a logistic environment.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE- 5+ years of experience working in asset management, inventory coordination, or a similar role - Experience tracking large scale shipment orders and deliveries (inbound and outbound) - Experience managing and forecasting warehouse inventory levels - Ensure all data accuracy and mandatory information for asset records is in the CMDB (ServiceNow) - Experience working with 3rd party vendors - Excel experience (VLOOKUPS, pivot tables) - Project management skills, strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and highly organized professional
