What we are looking for: Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Total responsibility for the management of Information Technology systems, networks, and telecommunications systems at Placard. Develop and maintain Placard's Information System (Axapta) Provide leadership to the System and Network administrators. Develop a cooperative and focussed Team. Maintain good communication between departments. Report to Management Team on Information Technology Issues Ensure maximum availability of systems and networks Maintain staffing levels to ensure all operational requirements of the team are met. Work with Bureau IT with regards to any programming or operational requirements when required. Negotiate supply contracts with suppliers. Source alternative suppliers for quality improvement and cost reductions. Security CISO Manager for Placard Australia and New Zealand Responsible for coordinating the logical aspects of the Security Management System. Ensure logical security standards for certifying bodies are maintained. Liase with Auditors as required. Upgrade security procedures as necessary. Proven experience and knowledge in Information Technology A good understanding of the strategic objectives of the business Focus upon rapid response and sound judgement Ability to think strategically, while functioning at an operational level Ability to lead and coach team members Ability to delegate effectively Excellent communication skills (oral and written) Leadership skills Strong problem solving skills Facilitation and negotiation skills.
