What will be the main challenge of the position
We are looking for aSales Executive, located inGuadalajara, Mexico (home office)responsible for customer contact relative to sales account management, strategic planning, development, and obtaining profits aligned with the overall objectives of the company.
Manage accounts for top line revenue and bottom line profitability.
Manage customer pricing and terms of sale.
Maintain complete and through documentation for process workflow.
Prepare detailed quotes for part number changes, engineering changes and new business opportunities.
Resolve all customers issues in a timely fashion.
Develop, present, and implement marketing programs to drive sales.
Develop and execute sales training, meeting and clinics.
Participate in the AOP (annual operating plan) and SBP (strategic business plan) processes.
Assist in developing and implementing key business processes.
Drive resolution of customer purchase order issues and of past due accounts receivable issues.
Track and enhance program profitability by part number.
Maintain customer catalogs.
Manage communication, negotiations and the interface between Tenneco and customers.
Drive new product development to fill product coverage gaps.
Assist in leadership of total value management activities.
Develop and execute call patters for assigned accounts.
