**Artwork - Packaging Coordinator**

As a PCO you would work within the External Supply & Manufacturing (ESM) team within Global Operations.
You will be an active member of both New Supply Establishment and the Supply to Customer process, with daily interaction with suppliers, customers and other roles within ESM.
The PCO role within ESM incorporates the conventional activities associated with implementing artwork change to packaging components but has the additional complexity of working with 3rd party suppliers to progress the changes in-line with Marketing Company requirements.
The PCO represents the artwork team on New Product Introduction (NPI) projects amongst other projects, such as acquisitions/divestments, packing transfers and the introduction of new suppliers.
**Accountabilities**
As the PCO, your will be responsible for coordination of artwork projects with Marketing Companies, graphic design studios, internal functions within AZ and Contract Manufacturers.
Act as the primary point of contact with suppliers and customers regarding artwork changes.
Confident in risk management (e.g.
can identify when artwork needs to be fast-tracked).
Will strive to deliver consistency, i.e.
one way of working across the organisation regardless of geographic location or portfolio.
Progressing artwork projects within the Gazelle system.
**Requirements**:
- A degree (or equivalent qualifications) in business, supply chain, engineering or any scientific discipline is preferred, equivalent experience will be considered.
- Experience and understanding of artwork management
- Strong and clear communication skills
- Proactive approach and good problem-solving ability
- Microsoft Windows/Office literate
- SharePoint, EQV experience desirable
**Desirable**
- Experience and knowledge in artwork or change management
- Experience of regulatory/GMP requirements
- Experience of Lean
