.Job Function:The Business Analysis Expert will collaborate with PPG's Global Businesses to develop and clarify business processes, document, and communicate business requirements, and assure IT products and services are aligned with business needs.
Emphasis on activities in the China region but will work with a global IT team to deliver on these activities.Position Description The Business Analysis Expert can be technology generalists or specialists, providing an array of services such as business process improvement, priority-setting facilitation, project definition or design, and broker IT and contract services.
The candidate should have 4+ years of experience in IT, business process design, or relevant consulting roles with proven success of project implementations.
Complex problem solving and decision-making skills are required.
Have extensive knowledge of the assigned business area's products and processes.
Having experience in the strategic use of technology in managing and growing a business and extensive experience in business process re-engineering utilizing tools and techniques to effect business change is also required.
In addition, they will have strong technical knowledge and ability to express complex technical concepts in terms that are understandable to our business users.Competent at managing their time, have strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, can deliver consistent results and are self-directed.
Considered a member of a team focused on delivering business goals by following structured processes and procedures to deliver results.
Share responsibility within team to ensure on-time product delivery, which requires a clear understanding of expectations and capabilities as well as the ability to act effectively as a team member.
