Process Analyst
Role Description
The Process Consultant provides support to the Automation Project Manager in the end-to-end process of automation from Project kick off through to go live, and supporting in the creation of all key documentation.
Key Accountabilities
Supports Automation Project Manager in the end-to-end management of the delivery lifecycle
Completes PDDs, seeking input from the Transformation and Change teams and Process SME as required
Supports with the creation of test plans in collaboration with Process SME
Leads the UAT testing and collates defect fixes.
