About your role:
Developing the overall marketing strategy for Mexico to create awareness for the Alxedo brand and its products
Thinking outside of the box and create impactful guerrilla campaigns to drive organic growth and the development of a community
Developing integrated marketing programs to build our brand, drive consideration and generate leads using digital marketing, events, partner marketing and social media
Managing the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and controlling the right internal processes
Tracking and evaluating the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated goals, reporting on results and optimise future campaigns
Planning effective digital marketing campaigns that drive prospects down the sales funnel
Leading team of marketing analysts and interns
Looking after the budget of the marketing department and making sure the budget spend is delivering a return on investment
Working with the executive team to present KPIs and relevant insights of all marketing activities
About you:
You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
5+ years direct to consumer marketing expert with relevant experience in e-commerce, marketing, or an analytical function, preferably at a fast-paced environment and with leadership experience
Experience working in Mexico and/or other LATAM markets
You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and love a proactive, hands-on approach
Advanced communication skills, expertise as a proof-reader with an eye for detail
You think outside the box and are not afraid of guerrilla-tactics when planning campaigns
Ideally you have developed and managed marketing strategies for consumer products
Experience with managing digital marketing campaigns, including social media, and content marketing
Deliver on time and in line with budget allocated
You have full professional proficiency (written and verbal) in English and Spanish.
This role is based in Mexico City (flexibility with regards to remote working)
