Role Summary:
The Pay & Ben Specialist Sr facilitate, implement and execute Benefits initiatives, projects of the operational benefits processes for eligible GE employees within one GE Benefits Platform in a timely, accurate and compliant with country law and company policy while performing effective vendor management and keep close relationships and interaction with local, regional, and global stakeholders.

Essential Responsibilities:
Ensure the benefits admin process (family) is delivered with prompt service, communication and training to our employees
Connect with our vendors to ensure all services are provided within contract SLA's to meet our internal KPI's
Manage the operational meetings with the local committees, HR and key players to define strategy and process improvement
Update the information provided by GE and vendors connecting the interfaces between our HR and vendor systems of (family)
Monitoring the employee benefits transactions (contributions, payments, disbursements, lay outs and service delivery), ensuring reconciliation between the different HR and benefits vendor systems with a correct financial register
Partnership with the HRBP to connect the process, initiatives and support with the employees
Performing according to company policies related to data privacy, confidentiality, and compliance in daily activities
By working with Global and Regional initiatives streamline process avoiding errors in the operational excellence qualifying opportunities and route according to business rules
Develop innovative strategies including the use of the HR systems, meet service goals and provide exceptional customer service connected with global HR teams
Coordination of new benefits set up, transfer or closure for M&A and divestitures
Develop effective relationships with customers (Businesses, HR, Finances) and suppliers through proactive communication to provide outstanding service delivery
Inquiries prompt resolution (Businesses, HR, employees), providing “Best in Class” customer service
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
3+ years of a professional experience
Proficient in English
