Main ResponsibilitiesService Delivery Administrators are responsible for providing high-level administrative support to Site Director and other leadership at the site. They manage Site Director’s calendar, conduct research, make travel arrangements, handle information requests, and perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, clients and vendors, arranging and coordinating conference calls, and scheduling meetings. Service Delivery Administrators prepare reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software. They need to have a thorough knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. Service Delivery Administrators are expected to have a thorough working knowledge of TeleTech’s policies and procedures related to administrative dutiesRequirementsüStrong understanding of Teletech’s business, core values, and goals ü Interpersonal skills in dealing with a diverse population ü High customer service orientation ü High level of integrity, honesty, and judgment ü Ability to respect and ensure strict confidentiality of customer data. ü Demonstrated multi-tasking capability and proven success in fast paced environment ü Strong attention to detail and desire to follow procedures ü Strong verbal and written communication skills ü Great interpersonal skills ü Proficient English, both written and verbal ü Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems ü Working knowledge of database applications such as MS Office(Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Oracle, Kronos or ability to learn technology quickly
