This position will be responsible to sell mainly specialty ingredients focused on dairy and beverage markets (some convenience) through local and global accounts in México. Will be responsible to develop and implement a clear growth strategy together with customers and monitor the related KPI´s. This position has the responsibility to develop a strong Account Plan and coordinate its execution. Implement sales strategies with available tools provided by the company and will be responsible to develop and manage an attractive project pipeline together with customers. KEY RELATIONSHIPS Relationship with local AM based across the LATAM region, Global AM, Technical and Marketing teams, Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, Regulatory, Nutritionist and Key Customers throughout México. Must be a hunter to identify relevant and high probable growth opportunities and push the projects through the pipeline up to closure of the new businesses. Have a clear communication with everyone to be assertive in our offer and strengthen our network internally and externally. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES Schedule periodic business review meetings with Leader and Customers to identify opportunities and review progress. Negotiate proper commercial terms with customers balancing short and long term growth. Accountable for meeting or exceeding revenue and profitability targets. Identify business opportunities by visiting customers and checking the market. Give presentations to customers to show our capabilities & expertise. Coordinate account plan development and execution through periodic meetings with Leader, Technical and Marketing team and with several other support functions (logistics, finance, etc). Complete the rolling 18 months forecast in a monthly basis. Support the sales strategy for the short and long-term. Support to maintain healthy accounts receivables for his/her portfolio. Proper reporting of growth opportunities, report of calls and contracting business through Sales Force. Work together with Technical team to offer the best solution to our customers. Engineering in Food Science preferred Minimum 6 years of experience selling specialty ingredients Experience in food industry (preferable in Dairy and Beverage) Availability to travel (25% of his/her time) Bilingual or Advance English level. Driver’s licence, Passport & Visa MBA is a plus EXPERIENCE Selling speciality ingredients with customers and Accounts in the Food Industry (dairy and beverages) Strong experience in value solution selling in Mexico (specialty B2B model) Proven significant % of growth vs Budget vs Prior year(s) Microsoft Office overall knowledge to build reports, presentation and analysis.
