Job Description

CSM will be responsible for establishing Reseller Channel network within the designated geography.
CSM will be solely responsible for establishing strong partnership relationship with selected integrators within designated territory.
CSM should be able to develop business plans and demand generation actions with each partner according to their profile, market and solution offer.
CSM must be able to support partner during sales process, providing strong sales background in front of potential customers, enabling partner on solutions differentiators and value proposition.
The CSM must be commit to follow and honor channel policies and processes in order to gain a strong channel reputation.
This position reports to the Channel Director – Latin America
Key Responsibilities
Manage Channel Partner network for products under the Product Portfolio. Responsible for New Business Development trough business planning and demand generation trough and with the Channel Partners. Responsible for Annual Revenue Channel Targets.
· Manage Partners relationship through all phases of the sales cycle
· Provide a consultative solutions sales support to partners.
· Conducts Business Planning session with Partner.
· Develop Demand Generation activities and plans with Partners.
· Responsible for tracking Partner’s Pipeline and Forecast
· Responsible for co-ordination with LatAm team all technical, commercial, administrative and legal assistance.

Technical Knowledge, Skills & Expertise
Must have channel sales skills, both technical and sales enablement. Must have the ability to develop strong partnership relationship with channels base on strong understanding and compliance with channel rules of engagement and policies.
· Self-starter—Independent remote worker
· Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team
Success Factors
· Strong channel business acumen.
· Able to deliver business value to the channels.
· Strong leadership skills.
Communication skills
· Ability to develop relationships and work extensively at the management level.
· Outstanding Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
· Preference: Bilingual
· Direct interaction with the Partners, Marketing, Peers, and Customers will comprise a major portion of this assignment.
